Junyi Zhao

Hi! I’m Junyi ~

I am a Postdoctoral Scholar at Stanford University. I received my Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis (WashU). Previously, I worked as a Research Scientist intern at Meta Reality Labs.

My research interests span various soft / flexible / stretchable / wearable electronics, including:

  1. Flexible/stretchable optoelectronic devices
(perovskite-based light-emitting diodes, photodetectors, solar cells, lasers, and related systems)

  2. Soft sensors and medical-grade wearable electronic systems
for real-time health monitoring in both everyday and clinical contexts

  3. Human–computer interactions (HCI)
including input devices, haptic displays, and human–machine interfaces

  4. Neurological micro-/nano-electronics
